A 31-year old Ottawa man is charged with sexually assaulting a child under age 13. The incident allegedly happened on Saturday, March 5th in rural Marseilles. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Department says deputies arrested Ayrimis Scerini yesterday. He stayed in the LaSalle County jail overnight with bond set at $750,000.
