Applications are available for the federal COVID relief money LaSalle County is getting. County Board Finance Committee Chairman Brian Dose says some of the $22 million in American Rescue Plan money will be used on county building improvements. Many non-profit organizations will qualify for money to pay for their work helping people. Applications are due May 2.
Organizations that get the money will be audited to show how they spent it.
