LaSalle County Treasurer James Spelich is reminding mobile home owners that their tax bill is due Friday, April 1st. Spelich says the bills were mailed back on January 12th.
He says mobile home owners can dropped off at the Treasurer’s office at the Etna Rd. Courthouse in Ottawa from eight to 4:30 Monday through Friday. The Drop Box is located in the north part of the east parking lot of the complex.
It will cost homeowners a $25 late fee per month beginning after the due date. Bills can also be mailed to office.
