Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp General Manger June Keeley says the Major League Baseball lockout doesn’t directly affect the team. She says the players that will play for the Pistol Shrimp are focusing on their seasons right now.
But she says if the lock out would have continued, attendance for Pistol Shrimp games might have increased.
She says the team is gearing up for another season at Veterans Park in Peru. The roster for the team should be released next week.
