Judge H. Chris Ryan sentenced an Ottawa man to seven years in prison after he pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography. 29-year old Zachary P. Stolz was arrested at his home last year in October after the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant.
Assistant State’s Attorney Matt Kidder says sheriff’s deputies found the evidence on Stolz’s phone when they searched his home in the 1500 block of N. 30th Rd. Kidder also says Stolz admitted he was viewing the evidence when he was questioned by sheriffs.
