Two more incumbents filed election paperwork in LaSalle County Board races Wednesday. Mike Kasap of LaSalle and Douglas Trager of Ottawa are Democrats on the board now. Lloyd Chapman of Ottawa is a Republican. Seven of the 29 seats have no candidates yet. Filing ends Monday afternoon.
