Alderman “Diz” Demes said the city’s noise ordinance isn’t clear about allowing the increase in decibel levels. City Attorney James McPhedran says it would be good to look over the ordinance for clarification. He says he thinks that the question raised by Demes wasn’t debated when the noise ordinance was discussed last year.

The council voted last year to keep the noise ordinance the same.
