There are 14 months left in the Oglesby City Council term Terry Eutis is filling. The City Council appointed him to fill it last night. Commissioner Jason Curran says Eutis is well qualified. Eutis was a Mendota fire fighter and currently works as a LaSalle County deputy coroner. He’s filling the vacancy created when Carrie Lijewski (lee-ES-kee) resigned last month.
