A Vinton, Louisiana man has paid $5,000 bond to get out of jail while charged with soliciting sex from a minor who lives in LaSalle County. Normal police arrested 40-year old Mark A. Thrower this week on a LaSalle County warrant. He was booked into the county jail Monday night and went before a judge for bond setting Tuesday. Thrower is accused of indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a minor for sex. Court records say the incidents happened on January 15th and January 29th.
