Last night on WCMY Ottawa earned a comeback win over Dunlap 51-48 in the semi-final at the Rock Island Class 3A Regional. For the Pirates Luke Cushing finished with 14 points and Anthony Miller scored 13 in the victory. Ottawa will now face Rock Island in the Regional Championship on Friday.
Marquette also won a tight one over Newark 57-56 in the semi-final at the Serena Class 1A Regional. Tommy Durdan led the Crusaders with 13 points, Logan Nelson and Griffin Walker each added 11 in the win. Marquette will take on Yorkville Christian in the Regional title game at Serena High School on Friday.
Also In the Serena Class 1A , The Huskers suffered a tough loss to Yorkville Christian 100-56. Camden Figgins led Serena with 19 points in the loss.

The Bruins were eliminated by Midland 59-46 and Dwight lost to Putnam County 46-42

Indian Creek fell to Somonauk 62-44 and Earlville lost to PecaTonica 64-41
In the Wilmington Class 2A
Seneca won a thriller in overtime against Pontiac 69-65. Zach Pfeifer led the Fighting Irish with 23 points.
In the Rochelle Class 3A
Streator ended their season with a loss to Sterling 50-43. Christian Benning scored 19 and Jack Haynes added 18 more for the Bulldogs.
Congratulations to Ottawa High School Alum Isaac Gassman on surpassing the 1,000 point mark for his NCAA career between the ISU Redbirds and currently with Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
