The Morris man accused of obstructing a peace officer at the Etna Rd. Courthouse last year is still waiting to go to trial. 29-year old Jacob Farmer is still exchanging evidence with the state if his case would go trial.
He will be back in court in May. He was given two more charges in December. He was charged with another count of obstructing a peace officer and battery.
His sister Angel, who is also accused of the same crime, is scheduled to be back in court in March.
