UPDATE: A judge set bond Wednesday at $25,000. Terry C. Clark is to be in court on March 3rd, after a grand jury considers the charges against him. A trial date could be set on that day.
A Marseilles man is in a Peoria hospital and another man from rural Marseilles was arrested and taken to the LaSalle County jail Tuesday night. Marseilles police say 57-year old Terry C. Clark is accused of stabbing a 54-year old in the abdomen and a leg. Police describe the alleged victim as being in stable condition with injuries that aren’t life threatening. Clark is accused of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The incident happened in the 500 block of Wallace St.
