OSF Woundcare in Ottawa will reopen Thursday. It closed at its former location at 1050 E. Norris Dr. Monday. The new location is 1209 Starfire Dr., Suite 3. St. Elizabeth Medical Center President Dawn Trompeter says the new location is bigger and OSF Woundcare will have room to grow.
