An Ottawa man was found dead in Allen Park in his vehicle Sunday. Detective Cpl. Kevin Reynolds says fifty-two year old Julio Franco died from a single gunshot wound.
Reynolds says at this time, the incident seems to be isolated and there is no danger to the public. He says the matter is still under investigation.
