PADS homeless shelter needs more room in Ottawa

By WCMY News Jan 12, 2022 | 4:53 AM

The conditional use permit for a homeless shelter there will go to the Plan Commission on Monday, January 24th. The city owns the shelter on Canal St., so it’ll be up to City Hall to decide what to do with it.
