The man who calls himself “Justice Jake” on Youtube says that he is ready to go to trial. 29-year old Jacob Farmer of Morris is accused of obstructing a peace officer when he and his sister Angel tried to bring in their cell phones into the Etna Rd. Courthouse back in March.
Jury selection for will begin on January 3rd and evidence will be presented the next day. Judge H. Chris Ryan said that Farmer can bring any evidence that the prosecution doesn’t have.
It seems that Farmer wants to bring in equipment to show the videos of him and his sister, who is also accused of obstructing a peace officer. She’ll be back in court in February.
