The Ottawa Elementary School District is asking for a about $494,000 more from property tax payers this year. That’s a 3.9% increase.
The district is levying about $12,470,823 million dollars next year. This year they asked for about $11,976,369. The school board held a truth in taxation hearing at last Tuesday meeting.
