There may soon be a child care center on the Illinois Valley Community College campus. The IVCC Board of Trustees and administrators are looking into a partnership with the Illinois Valley YMCA for it. It would be in the Peter Miller Community Technology Center. IVCC President Jerry Corcoran says up to 18 children could be taken care of there. He hopes it will open in the spring semester.
