Just 11% of intensive care unit beds in north central Illinois are available for new patients, according to the LaSalle County Health Department.
In its weekly report on the coronavirus, the department says two more county residents have died of it. That brings the total to 361.
New cases outnumber recoveries about three to one. The number of currently known cases is 2,324. It was 1,910 last week and 1,469 the week before.
