About $2.7 million in construction and rehab projects will be done on Illinois Valley Community College’s Oglesby campus next year. The trustees last month approved $206,195 in boiler room upgrades and piping repairs. One parking lot will be repaired and another will be resurfaced, totaling around $770,000. The biggest project will be the $1.7 million renovation to the band room. The elevator will be replaced, asbestos will be removed or contained, and other changes will be made to the lights, walls, ceilings, and floors.
