The lawyer for 30-year old Angel Farmer didn’t show up in court Wednesday. Farmer says she wants to go to trial and Judge H. Chris Ryan set a new court date for December 9th.
Ryan said he could have given a trial date but says it might be better if the court would be able to work with her lawyer’s schedule. Farmer and her brother Jacob are accused of obstructing a peace officer back in March at the Etna Rd. Courthouse.
The duo known as Accountability Angel and Justice Jake on Youtube are accused of trying to bring their cell phone inside.
