Radio host Michael Koolidge to run for Congress in new district covering parts of LaSalle and Bureau counties

Radio host Michael Koolidge is running for Congress in a new district that will cover northern LaSalle and northeastern Bureau counties. He says his experiences as an Army soldier have informed him about foreign policy and America’s place in the world. Koolidge is asking for the Republican nomination in next year’s primaries. He says the road to retaking the U.S. House and getting someone besides Nancy Pelosi to be the House Speaker runs through the new 14th District.
