For the sixteenth year, the Marseilles Police Department is accepting applications for the 2021 Shop with a Cop program.
Administrative Assistant Laurie Trager says that they can be picked up at the police station or at Marseilles Elementary School.
Both Trager and Captain Todd Gordon say the program is very lucky with all the sponsors that help pay for the event.
The police department says the kids have to be between ages five and thirteen who live in Marseilles, and it must be their first time applying. Applications are due on Wednesday, November 17th.
