Leaf vacuum crews are starting in Ottawa Tuesday. City Engineer Tom Duttlinger says one crew will start on Cherokee Lane and Tomahawk Dr.
He says another crew will start at Forest Park Pl. The city says the crews will then move east of IL 23 and do that side.
Duttlinger says that it should take about a month to complete and crews will go through two times.
