Two people got Spirit Awards from the Illinois Valley Community College Foundation. O.J. Stoutner and Jack Cantlin have helped the foundation work for years. Stoutner’s service goes back to 1999 and Cantlin’s to 1992. Both have been vice presidents for the foundation’s board. Stoutner served as president for 13 years. They supported the capital campaign to build the new Community Technology Center and have started scholarships.
