LaSalle County remains at the CDC’s orange warning level for coronavirus risk. The county’s health department says that’s because of few intensive care unit beds being available and a high transmission rate. The county’s fatal case count grew to 351 during the last week with the deaths of three women in their 60’s. There were 102 new cases and 146 recoveries. The current case count is down to 830.
Total cases counted so far number 15,294. Total recoveries are 14,464.
