In a contest to find the best high school concession stand pork chop sandwich, the Flavorful Four finalists are Normal Community, Cambridge, Lemont, and Carlinville high schools. The public can vote online next week from Monday through Thursday to pick the best.
Judges from the Illinois High School Association and Illinois Pork Producers Association visited 16 schools including Hall in Spring Valley and St. Bede in Peru to pick the final four. That was after the public voted on 79 schools in the first stage.
One of them was Seneca High School.
