An Ottawa man admits selling cocaine earlier this year. The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team arrested 57-year old Carl D. Winchester on April 1st after an undercover buy. He could get up to 14 years in prison, if he’s eligible for an extended term. But in a plea deal reached today, prosecutors won’t ask for more than five years. LaSalle County Judge H. Chris Ryan scheduled sentencing for December 17th.
