As two different parts of the Infrastructure Investments and Jobs Act are being debated in Congress, Cong. Adam Kinzinger is spilt on the issue.

Kinzinger says that he would vote for the $1.5 trillion bi-partisan infrastructure bill by itself.

But the Channahon Republican says he has a different opinion in the $3.5 trillion social infrastructure package.

He say he thinks that Americans didn’t vote so they could have bigger government.

Kinzinger said on WMCY’s Morning Meeting Thursday that farther left leaning Democrat’s like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez won’t pass the bi-partisan infrastructure bill until they get what they want.

Kinzinger says if it all passes the country would spending about $5 trillion dollars.
