The LaSalle County Health Department says all of its flu shot clinics this week open to walk-ins.
No appointment is needed at the health department building from 9am to noon and 1pm to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. It’ll be from 1pm to 4pm on Wednesday and Thursday.
And there’ll be shots available Tuesday from 9am to 1pm at the Mendota Area Senior Services office at the Mendota Civic Center. Another opportunity to get one is at the Oglesby Elks Lodge Thursday from 9am to 1pm.
You should take your insurance card if you have coverage, or pay $25 to $60 depending on the dose. You can get a COVID vaccine at the same time, however that must be scheduled.
