NCI ARTworks is hosting their fifth annual Mad Hatter Ball in November.

The Mad Hatter Ball is a regional equivalent of a statewide championship of the arts where local students are honored from around the Illinois Valley.

Allie Snyder from Ottawa Township High School is one of the honorees.

She’s presenting a clarinet performance at the ball.

Other students from LP, Mendota, Hall and Putnam County High Schools are also presenting art like paintings and drawings.

Two students from LaSalle-Peru High School are being honored for their love of music. Catherine Engels will be performing on the flute and Zoe Kidd will be singing.

Students Izzy Cacciatori from Hall High School will be presenting original artwork.

Mendota High School students Jamie Dooley will show different works of art and Jacob Ensor will be doing a trombone performance.

And Putnam County High School student Emeila Grant is presenting several works of visual art.
