Some of the candidates for office in Illinois next year can’t say much about where they stand on the issues people are talking about most. Mike Burke, for example, wants to be elected to the Illinois Supreme Court.
One thing he may speak a lot about will be administering the courts in Illinois.
Burke has worked for 29 years as a judge. He was appointed to the Illinois Supreme Court last year to fill a vacancy. And he’s running as a Republican in the newly drawn Third Supreme Court District in next year’s elections.
