38-year old Donald Fredres of Sandwich is sane.
Defense attorneys say Fredres was mentally evaluated and the report found no evidence that he’s mentally unfit to stand trial.
He’s accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife’s parents in Sheridan back in March.
He’s also accused of trying to kill his ex-wife by shooting out her windows.
For now Judge H. Chris Ryan set his next court date for October 14th.
