Ottawa City Hall says four blocks of W. Madison St. will be closed from 9am to 9pm today for repairs. A contractor will pour concrete from an area in the 1000 block to an area in the 1300 block. That includes the north side of Lincoln School. Those are areas where gravel fills trenches dug over the last couple months for water main work. There will be no parking or through traffic allowed in the blocks until the work is done.
