People in Streator might be having trouble paying their water bills online.
The city said on social media Thursday that a problem is causing their website to go down periodically.
The city says if the system is down to try again because it’s not happening at a specific time.
Residents can pay their bills by going to City Hall or sign up for a system to pull money automatically.
The city says the software company is working on the issue but didn’t say when it will be fixed.
