There were 261 new coronavirus cases reported in LaSalle County during the last week. The LaSalle County Health Department says the most affected age groups are children, teenagers, and adults in their 20’s.
Six county residents died of the virus since last Friday. The youngest of them was in his 40’s. The second youngest was in her 50’s. So far, 337 cases among LaSalle County residents have been fatal.
The figures issued Friday show 1,261 current cases, up from 1,159 last week. Out of 14,469 cases altogether so far, there have been 13,208 recoveries.
