A Mendota man accused of posting a picture of a partially nude woman online without her consent back in June has now also been charged with sexual assault.
23-year old Matthew Spayer has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
He’s currently out on bond.
Judge Cynthia Raccuglia set his next court date to be in October.
