Ottawa police have named a suspect who is accused of shooting at two people in the parking lot of the Silver Slipper Saloon last month.
Detective Sgt. Kyle Booras says they are looking for 34-year old Jonathan C. Caffey.
Booras says Caffey has ties to Spring Valley and the city of LaSalle .
But he also has ties to Naperville and Chicago.
Booras says there is a warrant out for his arrest that accuses Caffey of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm.
