OSF Healthcare has a health care needs survey open until the end of next month. Community Engagement Program Manager Ellen Vogel says the survey is done every three years and helps the hospital system decide how to promote health care locally. And that doesn’t mean only the health care you get at the doctor’s office or the hospital. It’s also about taking care of yourself.
