Nineteen fire departments and six ambulance services went to the Marquis Energy ethanol production plant in Hennepin Wednesday morning. But the fire stayed small and no one was hurt. The Hennepin Fire Department says it knows it seems like a lot of extra help to bring in, but such a fire can become a big fire fast. Ethanol burns and corn dust can burn too. Fire trucks went to Hennepin from as far away as Princeton and Troy Grove. The Ottawa Fire Department sent an ambulance.
