A 15-year old boy’s death almost five months ago has led to a drug induced homicide charge against a man from Lake Barrington. Fifty-five year old Brian K. Mulcahy is accused of supplying the drugs a boy overdosed on in Marseilles on April 14th. An autopsy found the teen died of heroin and fentanyl use.
Mulcahy was arrested last week. His bond is set at $1 million. A grand jury approved the charge against him Tuesday.
