A Chicago man who was accused of having numerous baggies of crack cocaine with intent to sell has pleaded guilty.
28-year old Jonathan Hart was arrested back in May in Varland Park on Ottawa’s south side along with three other people.
Judge H. Chris Ryan sentenced Hart to six years in prison.
He must also pay about $5,200 in fines and costs.
Hart will also be credited for already serving 106 days in jail.
