Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds could be used to pay for substantial heating and air conditioning system changes at Seneca High School.
Supt. Dan Stecken says more outside air would be brought in. Since that means more of it would have to be heated or cooled, the school would need equipment that can handle more volume. ESSER funds are from a pandemic relief package.
