Five more LaSalle County residents have died because of the coronavirus, according to the county health department. They were all in their 80’s and 90’s. That brings the total number of fatal cases in the county to 325. In the last week, there were 163 new cases confirmed and 41 more recoveries. The number of current cases, according to Friday’s figures, was 834. That’s up from 712 last week.
