Marseilles Commissioner of the Streets Nathan Schaefer says that many of street projects in the city are moving along well.
One of the projects he highlighted was working on Young Street.
Schaefer says that last year the city put in a new culvert to open up for water to drain.
He also says there was a second one installed as well.
Schaefer also says a rail spur that was used for the Nabisco Company was taken out because it was creating a hump in the road.
