Kinzinger is back in the 16th Congressional District this week for the August recess, visiting business owners and managers to find out what’s on their minds. He says they’re concerned about the economy and hiring. He says it’s nice to get away from the “high pressure cooker” environment of Washington, DC and have productive conversations about things Congress can do.
