The city of Peru will have two blocks of water main under Grant St. repaired. Ski Sealcoating and Maintenance of LaSalle put in the low bid of $283,293 for the work. City Engineer Eric Carls says it’s a little higher than expected.
Carls expects the work to be done this year. It’ll be done on Grant St. south of Third.
