Parking rule changes are coming to seven streets in Oglesby. Commissioner Jason Curran says the new ordinance should make things easier on Jones Ave., Florence St., School Ave., Morris St., Prospect Ave., Jordan St., and Lehigh Ave. Things will change from no parking to parking allowed on one side.
Curran says after much input, it was determined that the city won’t have any trouble allowing parking on one side. The changes take effect, as soon as today in some places, as the city’s street department is able to change the signs.
