Vaccinated or not, people who go to Illinois Valley Community College will have to wear masks. The rule goes into effect Monday. College President Jerry Corcoran says applying that rule to everyone avoids the trouble of keeping track of whose vaccination status lets them take the masks off. He says masks have proven highly effective at limiting the spread of COVID-19. Those who think they should be exempted from the rule must talk to Vice President for Academic Affairs Deborah Anderson.
