A brother and sister who were charged for allegedly obstructing a peace officer at the Lasalle County Etna. Rd Courthouse were in court Wednesday for different reasons.
Jacob Farmer, or Justice Jake as he is known on Youtube, claimed that there was no probable cause to his arrest.
Judge H. Chris Ryan said there was.
Jacob needs to file a written motion and wants to work on his witness list.
His sister Angel Farmer, or Accountability Angel, who was representing herself like her brother, now has a defense lawyer who is licensed in both Illinois and Florida.
She still wants her case dismissed.
Both will be back in court in August.
